Girl Scouts Social Media Campaign

The purpose of this project was to create a social media campaign promoting the purchase of girl scout cookies, used across different social media platforms.

My concept was to show girl scouts as superheroes, helping the community and doing work that gives back. Buying cookies supports the girls, and thus funds their mission to help around the community and help others.

 

I drew different superhero outfits on each girl scout, showing the individuality in each one, but that they’re all helping towards the same cause as a team.

At the same time, the consumer is also a hero in their own way, choosing to support a mission that gives back to their community when they buy a box and share it with loved ones. It helps spread the word and promote even more sales, which thus expands just how much of an impact the girl scouts are able to make.
